Use of the personal collected data
When you contact us using the contact form on the homepage or on the contact page, the information you give us are transmitted to us by e-mail.
We do not store your data (first name, surname, email). They are only used for communication means, between you, the user and us, the Autocruise company.
Embedded content from other websites
Some pages of our website might contain embedded content (video, pictures, etc). This content embedded from other websites has the same use as if the user was visiting this website.
Use and transmission of the personal data
The personal data we use are those you put in the application form when you apply to a job offer.
The information transmitted by the user are stored only on our website. They are only used for what they are intended: to apply to a job offer.
We also receive those data by email (name, first name, email, cover letter, CV) in order for the Human Services to process them.
Period of time your data are stored
The data collected when applying to a job offer are stored for the time of the application process within the company.
Whether or not you are selected for a job we always process the applications. They are only used for an application process, and to evaluate each application received by our company Autocruise.
The rights you have on your data
Under the law applicable for data protection, you have the following rights.
You can at any time exercise your rights by contacting the Data Protection Officer of the ZF group:
- Right of rectification, access, and deletion of such data
- Right of processing limit
- Right of date portability when necessary
- Right of consent termination if the processing is based on consent
- Right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority
Transfer of personal data
Your personal data are only transmitted to the Human Resources department, and to the people in charge of recruitment (manager, director, for instance) for a given job.
A delegate to the data protection (denominated ‘’DPO’’, Data Protection Officer) is designated for each legal entity if the applicable law requires it. The DPO is implicated in all questions regarding the protection of personal data.
